1 Parties to the Agreement and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 8e8e platform ("8e8e", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user of this website ("you", "user", "member").

By accessing 8e8e.lat, completing registration, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this site.

8e8e reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after an update will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

To register with 8e8e, you must provide accurate and complete information. A maximum of one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• If any account details change, you must notify 8e8e immediately.

4 Account Verification

As a safe and reliable platform, 8e8e reserves the right to confirm the identity of its users. The following information may be requested for verification:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of address document.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is successfully completed.

5 Account Closure or Suspension

8e8e may suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or manipulation.
• Provision of false information.
• Use of another user's account.
• Misuse of the bonus system.

6 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 8e8e platform is ৳500. Supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Deposits will only be accepted through approved payment methods.
• The name on the payment method used for deposit must match the registered name on the account.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.

7 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals are only possible on verified accounts.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• If an active bonus is present, withdrawals will not be processed before the wagering requirement is met.
• Additional verification may be requested for unusual or suspicious withdrawals.

8 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 8e8e platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported. 8e8e is not responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion.

9 Welcome Bonus

8e8e offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x).

For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳10,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳18,000

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn while the bonus is active. Winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.

10 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions — please read the details before claiming an offer.

• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular activity and active participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically credited to your account each week.

12 Fair Play Rules

As a fair play platform, 8e8e ensures a fair gaming experience for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Manipulating the gaming system using any software, bot, or automated method.
• Applying any dishonest method to alter or predict gaming outcomes.
• Colluding or manipulating against other users.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.

If these rules are violated, the account will be closed immediately and any funds earned may be forfeited.

13 Technical Errors and Disputes

Any winnings incorrectly displayed or awarded due to a technical error will be considered void. 8e8e will bear no liability in such circumstances.

In the event of a dispute over a transaction or game result, 8e8e's server logs will be considered the final evidence. Any complaint must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.

14 Anti-Money Laundering
